What is the Ballona Orca suitable for?
The Ballona is ideal for urban cruising sessions, pump-focused riding, surfskate setups (e.g. Carver / C5 / CX & Co.) and compact freestyle / mini-longboard builds. With two wheelbase options, you can set up the deck for greater stability (longer wheelbase & RKP/Paris-style trucks) or greater manoeuvrability (shorter wheelbase & TKP/Carver-style trucks).

Technical notes / recommendations
The deck is supplied unassembled. For a surfskate-like ride, responsive front trucks (e.g. Carver C5/CX or Waterborne Adapter) and soft to medium wheels are recommended; for cruising and speed stability, reverse kingpin (RKP) trucks with a longer wheelbase are preferable. When assembling, make sure the screws are the right length and add small risers if needed, depending on the trucks and wheels.
