Yes, absolutely. If you're unsure which board or setup is right for you, a visit to the store is usually the best solution. On-site, we can show you products, explain differences, and help you find a suitable setup together.

Do I need to make an appointment before my visit?
No, you can simply drop by during our opening hours.
However, if you'd like a very detailed setup consultation or are coming for a specific product, it might still be advisable to quickly check beforehand if the item is available.
Can I view boards in person?
Yes. In the store, you can directly view and even try out boards, trucks, wheels, protective gear, and accessories. This is especially helpful if you're still unsure about which size, shape, or combination suits you best.
Do you offer personal advice?
Yes. Personal advice is one of the most important parts of our shop. Just come by and tell us what you want to ride. We'll then help you with your selection.
Helpful information includes, for example:
- your riding level
- your intended use
- your approximate budget
- your height and weight
- whether you prefer a stable or agile ride
Which board is suitable for beginners?
That depends on what you want to ride. For relaxed cruising and commuting, we often recommend a stable longboard or cruiser setup. For a surf-like riding experience, a surfskate is interesting. For tricks and skatepark, a classic skateboard is more suitable.
It's best to come by. Then we can show you the differences directly.
What is the difference between a longboard, skateboard, and surfskate?
A skateboard is usually shorter and more agile. It's great for tricks, street, and skateparks.
A longboard is longer, often more stable, and comfortable. It's great for cruising, commuting, dancing, freeriding, or downhill.
A surfskate has special trucks that allow for a surf-like pumping motion. It's very agile and ideal for tight turns, training, and city rides.
Can I customize my board?
Yes. You can individually combine decks, trucks, wheels, bearings, bushings, and hardware. We'll be happy to help you with the assembly in the store.
Can I pick up my online order at the store?
Yes. You can pick up your order at our location in Berlin. Please wait for our confirmation before coming by so we can prepare your order.
Do you offer courses or rentals?
Yes, we offer courses and rentals. You can simply book a course on our online shop or in person. We will then contact you to arrange an appointment.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the product and the delivery location. Within Germany, shipping usually takes 1-3 business days, provided the item is immediately available.
What should I do if my package arrived damaged?
Please photograph the damaged packaging and the damaged item immediately upon receipt. Then contact us by email with your order number and the photos. We will investigate the case as quickly as possible.
