Before returning, please send us a short message with the following information:

  • Item you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional)
  • Photos, if the item is damaged

Complaint for damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please send us an email directly with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the problem
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the case as quickly as possible and get back to you with a solution.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method. Processing may take a few business days, depending on the payment provider.
