Our offer is aimed at consumers and entrepreneurs.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Contracting Parties

The purchase contract is concluded with:

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog.

You can initially place products in the shopping cart without obligation. Before submitting your order, you can correct your entries at any time.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order. This can be done by an order confirmation via email, by shipping the goods, or by an explicit declaration of acceptance.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs may also apply. Shipping costs are displayed during the order process.

5. Delivery and Collection

Delivery will be made to the delivery address you provide.

Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our store in Berlin, provided this option is offered at checkout.

When picking up, please wait for our confirmation before coming by.

6. Payment

The payment methods displayed at checkout are available in our online shop.

Your chosen payment method will be charged according to the terms of the respective payment service provider, depending on the payment method selected.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. You can find information on this in our cancellation policy.

9. Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.

10. Transport Damage

Please report obvious transport damage to the deliverer as quickly as possible and contact us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Courses and Appointments

When booking a course, the contract for participation in a board course is concluded.

Since our courses take place outdoors, appointments are arranged individually depending on weather, availability, and a suitable location. After booking, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date.

Please provide a phone number in your order so that we can reach you to arrange an appointment.

In case of unsuitable weather, wet roads, storms, heavy rain, or other unsafe conditions, the course may be postponed. In this case, we will jointly arrange a replacement date.

12. Course Safety

Participation in board courses is at your own risk.

We strongly recommend wearing suitable protective clothing, especially a helmet, wrist guards, knee pads, and elbow pads. For certain courses, especially downhill courses or courses for beginners, protective clothing may be a prerequisite for participation.

Participants must be medically fit to participate in the course.

Minors may only participate with the consent of their legal guardians.

13. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
